Nok Suntaranon Hosts Pop-Up Dinner at Kru to Celebrate New Cookbook

James Beard Award-winning is bringing the bold flavors of Southern Thailand to Kru in New York City for a one-night-only pop-up dinner on December 15th. The event celebrates the release of her highly anticipated cookbook, Kalaya's Southern Thai Kitchen, a #1 new release in Thai Cooking, now available.
Guests will enjoy a seven-dish prix-fixe menu featuring highlights like Chicken Massaman Curry, Caramelized Pork Belly, and Mango Sticky Rice. Each dish is served individually to recreate the harmony of a communal dining experience.
Tickets are $95 per person (plus tax) and available for seatings at 4:00 PM, 6:15 PM, and 8:30 PM, with limited availability. Attendees can also purchase a signed copy of the cookbook from Nok Suntaranon by adding it to their ticket.
