Designed as more of a cultural hub than food hall, Olly Olly Market is a space where up-and-coming chefs, as well as internationally-recognized ones, can show off their trade. The playful name comes from the children’s phrase ‘Olly Olly Oxen Free’ which is usually followed with ‘Come out! Come out! Wherever you are!.' It’s a phrase Bruce Finkelman, Managing Partner of 16” on Center, which operates the market, says encompasses the fun, excitement and welcomeness of the space.
