PDT (Please Don’t Tell) – the New York City cocktail bar hidden behind the phone booth of iconic East Village hot dog destination, Crif Dogs – is popping up inside the Empire State Building nightly for the month of May.

Located on the 86th floor observatory with sweeping NYC views, PDT will offer a selection of their most popular signature cocktails along with classic New York style hotdogs from Crif Dogs. Helmed by longtime PDT bartender turned managing partner Jeff Bell, the collaboration marks the joining of two of the city’s biggest players in hospitality and tourism.

The cocktail menu includes the Mezcal Mule with Del Maguey Mezcal Vida, ginger beer, passion fruit, lime, cucumber and chile; Benton’s Old Fashioned with Benton’s Bacon-Infused Four Roses Bourbon, Vermont Grade B Maple Syrup and Angostura Bitters; and Mint Condition with cucumber, ginger, lime, mint and soda (for a non-alcoholic offering)

Crif Dogs, meanwhile, is offering its Everything Dog with cream cheese, scallions and everything bagel seasoning, and a simple hot dog. Both are available in classic or vegetarian.

PDT is open on the 86th floor observatory of the Empire State Building seven days a week, from May 2nd to May 30th, 2022. Hours include Mondays through Friday from 7pm - 10pm, Saturdays and Sundays from 5pm-10pm.
