Partners Coffee's West Village Café (44 Charles St) has reopened with a fresh menu featuring zero-proof and adaptogenic drinks, perfect for the growing sober-curious movement. With extended evening hours (4-8 PM daily), the new Lo-Fi menu offers standouts like the Pillowtalk Espresso Martini—a blend of Partners' Ghost Town espresso, Spiritless Kentucky 74 bourbon, vanilla cardamom syrup, and dashfire mole bitters; the Empire Apple Highball, made with Seedlip Garden 108, Red Jacket Apple Cider, maple syrup, lemon, and Topo Chico; Cucumber Elderflower Fizz and the Bloody Maria, featuring Free Spirit N/A tequila and wild blueberry syrup.

Paired with comforting snacks like The Dip (artichoke and gruyere with Balthazar baguette toasts) and The Hug (mac and cheese with aged Irish cheddar), Partners Coffee has created an inviting evening spot for mindful drinking and tasty bites all rolled into one.
