The Molly Pitcher Club for spirits and concoctions appears ready to open any day now in Hell's Kitchen. Named after a heroine of the Revolutionary War, visitors can expect craft cocktails like the Pandan Daquiri, Curry Row and Shark Week that is sipped from the mouth of a bloody great white. The food is equally as interesting with Pastrami Tacos, Duck Confit stuffed deviled eggs, Bacon Wrapped Tater Tots and something called Reversed Stuffed Spaghetti Meatballs. 675b 9the Ave, NYC
Signage is also up for El Cartel, a clubby Colombian tapas bar set to open in 9th Avenue as well. Look for dishes like beef empanadas, whole fried red snapper with plantains, and cazuela de mariscos, a seafood casserole. 613 9th Ave, NYC
