Saint arrives in the East Village, bringing globally-inspired dishes prepared by Chef Nicholas Cox (La Esquina, Lighthouse and Fandi Mata) served in an opulent space

Raw Bar options include oysters, East and West Coast, tuna crudo with watermelon radish, and caviar service with caviar and crème fraiche. There are also plates for sharing. Think bacon, egg and cheese empanadas; lobster gratin with fingerling potatoes, croquettes with Iberico sausage, and steak tartare with shallots, cornichon, capers, fresno chili-anchovy mustard and quail egg.

Larger plates include blackened sea bass, a seafood stew called Asopa with clams, shrimp, lobster and mussels in a chili broth, strip steak with broccolini and smoked almonds, and “The 5th Sin Burger” made with a dry-aged hanger blend, gouda, bacon onion jam, chipotle mayo, pickles and parm-brioche.

The impressive 6,000 square foot space set in an 1834 building featuring a Bistro space, Grand Bar and a private Boudoir reserved for intimate private gatherings. ‘Saint Downstairs' is a subterranean Speakeasy with a private club feel offering craft cocktails under a disco ball with the spirit of Studio 54 and Andy Warhol.

Cocktails also embrace the Saints and Sinners theme with drinks like Don’t Know Her, a refreshing mix of vodka, prosecco, lime, watermelon, sage and mint, and Holy Water with coconut oil fat washed rum, lime, milk, tea and agave.

Saint is located at 136 2nd Ave, New York, NY (646) 490-0099
