On October 27th, Eataly Flatiron will transform into a cheese lover’s paradise with a celebration dedicated to the “King of Cheese”—Parmigiano Reggiano. As part of the festivities, an entire wheel of this iconic cheese will be cracked open for guests to savor in its freshest form. From the first slice to the last, the nutty aroma and flavor of Parmigiano Reggiano will fill the air, and visitors can indulge in pasta dishes prepared directly in the open wheel for a truly immersive, mouthwatering experience.
Celebrity Chef David Rocco, host of Dolce Italia, will be on hand to guide guests through this cheesy celebration, even sharing Italian pronunciation tips to master “Parm-eee-john-ooo” like a true Italian. Joining him is Chef Ambassador Michele Casadei Massari, who will share insights about the beloved cheese and its legacy.
