The Shelburne Sonesta New York Hotel (303 Lexington Avenue) has opened two new eateries.

Take Care, an all-day restaurant situated on the first floor of the hotel, is a modern American bistro which embraces a "take care" philosophy, offering a casual, wellness-centered dining experience for both hotel guests and locals. The menu emphasizes fresh, seasonal ingredients, curated by Chef Chris D’Ambrosio, and features such dishes Crispy Artichokes, a classic Chopped Salad, Grilled Berkshire Pork Chop, and Wagyu Bavette Steak. The beverage program features refreshing cocktails made with fresh fruits and vegetables, low and no-alcohol options, freshly pressed juice mocktails, creative coffee cocktails, and a selection of organic wines and unique varietals from around the world.

Meanwhile, Vintage Green, perched on the hotel’s 16th floor, is an expansive 11,000-square-foot venue is a tribute to New York City's iconic parks, blending sleek urban design with a charming garden atmosphere. Guests can enjoy breathtaking 360-degree views of the city skyline from the wrap-around terrace, which features a variety of semi-private and private spaces. The menu offers a mix of high-end and casual fare—from caviar to gourmet hot dogs—along with a selection of expertly crafted cocktails and mocktails.
