The Skylark (200 West 39th Street), Midtown West’s elevated bar and lounge with most breathtaking 30th-floor views, has unveiled its seasonally inspired cocktail menu by mixologist Johnny Swet.
Taking inspiration from autumn’s bounty, Swet’s new cocktails include the Maple Walnut Old Fashioned, Warm Spiked Apple Cider, Beet Negroni, Pumpkin Spice Mule, Spiced Mexican Chocolate and Cinnamon Sazerac. In addition, there are returning fan favorites, including the Skinny Paloma and Borracho Amigo, as well non-alcoholic libations such as Harvest Honey Lemonade.
The perfect accompaniment to these drinks is Skylark’s “Dinner Bites,” created by Abigail Kirsch, ranging from guacamole to charred edamame and shishito peppers to tuna tacos, miso glazed King mushrooms, duck confit empanadas and fried chicken sliders.
