Somewhere Nowhere Adds Tear-Shaped Igloos to Rooftop

Somewhere Nowhere’s rooftop at the Renaissance Hotel in Chelsea now boasts fourteen teardrop-shaped igloos with unobstructed views of the Empire State Building. Each of the igloos can accommodate 4-6 guests and are furnished with plush love seats and accent chairs, elegant winter-inspired accents, a built-in fireplace and blankets to keep warm.
A new cocktail menu is being offered featuring whimsical drinks the The Prophecy (Harry Potter) consisting of Red Bull and Watermelon flavors, Queen of Hearts (Alice in Wonderland) with Meyers Rum and Pineapple Juice, and The Enchanted (Beauty and the Beast) with Mezcal and Angostura Bitters, among others. Bites by Noodlelove include Spicy Tuna Tartare, Roasted Chicken Lettuce Cups, Warm Lobster Rolls, and a Late-night platter featuring Dry Aged Wagyu Beef Sliders, Lobster Mac and Cheese Bites, Popcorn Chicken and Truffle Fries.
The igloos are available by reservation only for two-and-a-half hour increments starting at $800 for the food and beverage minimum, depending upon the day.
