Cinnamon roll lovers, rejoice—there’s a new spot in town baking up these soft and pillowy treats in NYC. Just opened in the East Village, Sunday Morning (29 Ave. B near 3rd St.) is the brainchild of Chef Armando Litiatco and Ahmet Kiranbay, the duo behind Brooklyn’s beloved Rana Fifteen.

Inspired by Litiatco’s quest for the perfect cinnamon roll, the bakery churns out 10 varieties daily, all made with premium ingredients like Belgian Callebaut chocolate, housemade fruit preserves, and a three-step proofed dough that takes six hours to perfect. The lineup includes flavors like Ube Macapuno, Caramel Pecan, Chocolate Almond Babka, and Guava & Cheese, plus two classic options for purists.

The bright, 20-seat café is open daily from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., serving warm cinnamon rolls alongside expertly brewed coffee. For a taste of the best kind of Sunday morning—any day of the week—follow @sundaymorningcinnamonrolls on Instagram.
