Sushi Lab opens its newest location in the East Village at 320 E. 11th Street. This intimate room features an eight-seat natural wood omakase bar with royal blue flashlight-shaped light fixtures overhead to give every piece of sushi its proper lighting. The room will also have a four-seat sake bar.
Executive Chef Frankie Chen, who helms the kitchen at the perennially popular Sushi Lab Rooftop and The Chemistry Room at The Sanctuary Hotel, will offer two unique omakases: a 13-piece offering for $65 and 15-piece option for $100 per person respectively.
Sake will be served up by the glass and bottle in addition to being offered for $30 as a flight of three. Sake Sangria and Sunset Spritzes will also be on the menu along with wines and beer by the glass and bottle.
Reservations are required. For more information, visit www.sushilab.com
