Sushi by Bou Expands to Queens

Modern speakeasy-inspired omakase Sushi by Boū is landing in Bayside, Queens (38-29 Bell Blvd Bayside, NY 11361). The grand opening is set for February 24th. It marks the first expansion to Queens as the brand continues to grow rapidly.
Delicacies at the Queens location include Hamachi (yellowtail), Botan Ebi (spotted prawn), Ikura (salmon roe), Hotate (scallop), O-Toro (fatty tuna), Unagi (bbq eel), and its signature Wagyuni ('surf and turf'). Hand rolls and other sushi favorites are also available upon request, along with additional a la carte specialties and seasonal mochi ice cream for dessert.
Founders Michael Sinensky and Erika London along with newly appointed partner and nightlife expert Richie Romero plan to add at least another dozen locations this year with this modern take on the classic old-school Sushi Counter. Guests can choose from two experiences - $60 for a 12-course omakase or $100 for a 17-course omakase.
