Starting on June 7, The Fleur Room, which is located on the 35th floor of the Moxy Chelsea Hotel, will introduce afterwork hours on Tuesday to Friday, from 5pm to 8pm.
The popular late-night venue will also debut a new after-work menu featuring floral-inspired cocktails and bites. Customers can enjoy these against the backdrop of the new stunning Hanging Gardens installation, which features thousands of colorful florals and branches throughout the space with pink, purple, orange, and red hues and stripes of neon lights.
The new food and cocktail menus include such highlights as the Electric Bloom, a Mezcal and hibiscus cocktail engulfed in edible florals; the Eau de Vie Spritz, a double decanter that holds one of three Ketel One Botanical cocktails and prosecco (allowing guests to pour their preferred portions for the perfect spritz); a Floral Cheese Board complete with artisanal goat cheese pressed with edible flowers; Truffle Popcorn with freshly grated black truffle; Warm Olives with citrus, Calabrian chili and feta cheese; a Caviar Sandwich and more.
