The Grey now in residence at Intersect by Lexus

Chef Mashama Bailey/Intersect by Lexus
The Grey in Savanna Georgia, led by Chef Mashama Bailey, is taking up residence at Intersect by Lexus in the Meatpacking District. The Grey opened in 2014 in a former Greyhound bus terminal. Since then, Chef Bailey has drawn praise for her Southern cuisine. At Intersect by Lexus, The Grey will be offering a three-course menu available for takeout costing $65 per person. The initial menu features Smoked Catfish Dip (hard-boiled eggs, cornichons and rye crackers), Yardbird (garlic trencher with captain sauce), and Devil's Food Cake (whipped cream, candied pecans and bittersweet chocolate). Future menus will include things like Grilled Red Snapper and vegetarian options.
