The Oval, an interactive chef’s tasting table at La Devozione inside Chelsea Market, is unveiling its new fall menu. The experience is brought to life by Executive Chef Alessio Rossetti (Tony May’s SD26, Blackbarn) who pushes flavor the boundaries, showcasing seasonal pairings in a condensed format.

Menu highlights include Spaghettini al Mandarino e Caviale, spaghettini cooked in a mandarin orange infusion topped with Provolone del Monaco and black caviar; Trottole alla Genovese di Agnello, trottole, a semolina pasta that is shaped like a tight coil with ramata onions, and lamb shoulder; and Vermicelli e la Quaglia, vermicelli in quail jus with quail meat and quail eggs dressed with shaved white truffle

The tasting is completed by Dessert courses such as Millefoglie all'Arancia con Mousse di Arance Rosse. Guests are also presented with Piccola, a small collection of pastries in a custom designed La Devozione tin complete with the menu to remember the meal by.

The Oval will also serve an a la carte menu for lunch divided among three categories, From the Garden (Vegetarian), From the Butcher (Meat and Poultry), and From the Sea. The Autumn Bar menu features cocktails inspired by works displayed at the Whitney Museum’s Biennial 2022 like In Between, a blend of bitter, spice, and earthy tones found in Contratto Bianco Vermouth, prickly pears, smoked chilies, Oxacan rum and Peruvian Pisco.
