Ketchy Beach, a new concept from restaurateur Jamie Mulholland (Owner of Ketchy Shuby and Co-Founder of The Surf Lodge), opens in Southampton inside the Capri Southampton hotel on June 15th. The space, designed by Dimitri Hyacinthe transports guests to faraway island destinations guided by Southampton's unique and coastal charm.

Like Ketchy Shuby, the menu is anchored in seasonal, seafood-focused dishes as well as a variety of gluten-free and vegetarian options. Look for dishes like Local Stracciatella with heirloom tomatoes, blackberries, raspberries, basil water, and smoked salt; Montauk Fluke Crudo with leche de tigre, gooseberry, citrus, and pickled Fresnos; Watermelon Tataki with green onions, ponzu, togarashi peppers, and ricotta salata; and Yellowfin Tuna Ceviche with mango, coconut milk, blood orange, sambal, and ginger.

Larger plates bring Blue Crab Bucatini with charred tomato, corn, dried chilies, shellfish cream, and lemon; Miso Charred Cabbage with tahini coconut yogurt, pomegranate, fried capers, and smoked chili oil; Whole Grilled Sea Bream with capers, olives, parsley, and lemon; and a Lobster Roll with celery, green onion, and beach spice.

Innovative cocktails also await, perfect for a day after the beach, like Guava Jelly with Patron Silver, Chareau Liqueur, lime, guava syrup, and mint; Blue Mountain with Nelson’s Greenbrier Tennessee Whiskey, Select Apertivo, Carpano Antica, and cold brew coffee; and Catch a Fire with Illegal Mezcal, pineapple, coconut liqueur, cinnamon, and lime; alongside various Sangrias.

The airy space boasts a green herringbone bar, floral fabricated banquette seating and reclaimed wood walls filled with photography of ocean and mountain landscapes shot by New York City-based artist Lee Jaffe. Additionally, the poolside bar and cabana area offers additional seating and entertainment for guests and will host DJs and musicians from 5PM until late. Reservations via Resy
