Spring Awakens at Sereine with Chef Alain Verzeroli

Spring will be in full bloom this April at Sereine, the sleek private dining space above Le Jardinier in Midtown Manhattan. On Thursday, April 24th, The Bastion Collection’s Culinary Director, Alain Verzeroli, will host an intimate spring fête that’s equal parts interactive and indulgent. The evening kicks off with a glass of champagne and delicate canapés, followed by a live cooking demonstration where Chef Alain unveils his signature technique for preparing white asparagus—an ingredient at the heart of the season’s bounty.

Guests will then gather at an elegant communal table for a 4-course tasting menu celebrating spring’s finest. In collaboration with Le Jardinier New York’s Executive Chef Andrew Ayala, the menu highlights peak-season ingredients in dishes like poached white asparagus, Maine lobster, and striploin wagyu. Executive Pastry Chef Salvatore Martone will close out the night with a showstopping “parrot mango bliss,” layered with passion fruit crémeux and coconut sherbet.
This one-night-only experience is priced at $225 per guest, with an optional wine pairing for an additional $225. Reservations are available exclusively on Resy.
