Huso, a playful, innovative tasting menu restaurant from executive chef, co-owner and two-time Top Chef winner, Buddha Lo, is now open in Tribeca. Located within Marky’s Caviar’s new retail space on Greenwich Street, Lo and his team are bringing Huso’s singular fine dining experience to the forefront.

The 28-seat, two-level restaurant’s tasting menu consists of 12 thoughtful and fun courses for $265 per person. Think Everything Bagel Tarte with caviar; Steamed Black Bass with warm ginger and scallion vinaigrette; Bluefin Tuna with blood orange and watermelon radish; Dry-Aged Duck with blackberry, beets and shiso; and Hokkaido Scallop with vin juane and hazelnuts.

Decadent desserts round out the meal including a White Truffle Mountain, Lo’s tribute to Alba with white truffles and hazelnuts of Piedmont transformed into a fragrant cream paired with hazelnut caramel; a Neapolitan-style petit four trio that reimagines classic flavors through a rich brown butter Madeleine, a delicate guava and rose bite; and an indulgent chocolate + caviar creation.

Complementing the menu is a thoughtfully curated wine program developed by general manager Kevin Goyenechea (previously of Jungsik), featuring approximately 150 wine labels and an on-site collection of over 1,300 bottles. Champagne plays a starring role, underscoring the classic pairing of champagne and caviar, with over 30 Champagne bottles for diners to choose from.

The space seamlessly combines the bold elegance of Marky’s Caviar retail shop with the understated sophistication of Huso’s dining room. Guests enter through the store, where midnight blue walls, white marble counters, and dark walnut shelving evoke a sense of luxury. A semi-arched hidden door leads to Huso’s serene dining area, featuring a soothing palette of oak, cream, and pearl gray, with royal blue banquettes and vintage glass mirrors adding artistic touches.

Huso is open for dinner Wednesday through Sunday, from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Marky’s Caviar is open daily from 10:00 AM to 6:00PM for retail. To keep up with the latest, visit husony.com. Reservations via Resy.
