Una Pizza Napoletana to Collab with Chicago’s Esme

Una Pizza Napoletana – the acclaimed Neapolitan style pizza restaurant from Chef Anthony Mangieri – and Chef Jenner Tomaska of Michelin-starred Esmé of Chicago, are teaming up. Esmé is known for its fine dining tasting menus featuring dishes like Kombu Cured Snapper with pickled plum and Chukar Partridge served with morel mushroom mousse and cherry jus.
The two chefs will hold their collaboration dinner at Una Pizza Napoletana on Thursday, September 5th as part of the restaurant’s Una Night Only series. Chef Tomaska and Anthony will be serving a specialty pizza in addition to Una Pizza Napoletana’s regular menu
A portion of proceeds of each specialty pizza is donated to Refettorio Harlem, the non-profit organization that rescues otherwise imperfect food from waste, transforming surplus ingredients into nourishing meals served to food insecure and socially isolated communities. Reservations are available via Resy.
