A new food hall has arrived in Brooklyn. The Williamsburg Market (103 North 3rd St) is offering a host of culinary delights from well known (Alidoro, Ivy Stark Mexology and Di Fara Pizza) along with some newcomers.
Among them:
Urban Belly: Chicago's famed Chef Bill Kim brings his hit pan-Asian concept Urbanbelly to New York City for the very first time. A collaboration with the acclaimed Chicago-based Cornerstone Restaurant Group, Urbanbelly serves up modern twists on Asian classics, such as coconut curry pho and spicy Korean rice cake soup, which are sure to please the restaurant’s new Brooklyn audience.
Effin Egg: A fast-casual breakfast sandwich concept, including things like Really! Effin Turkey (Turkey Bacon, cage free over medium egg, sliced cheddar and chipotle ketchup in a warm brioche bun.) and Papi’s Breakfast Brisket Taco’s (House made brisket, cage free scrambled eggs, shredded jack cheese, pico de Gallo and side of house made salsa).
Paper Plate: Currently a crowd favorite at Smorgasburg seasonal outdoor food market, Paper Plate is putting down permanent roots at the Williamsburg Market. Look for things like burgers, fries and handspun milkshakes, and a chicken sandwich too.
Harlem Seafood Soul: Founded by Chef Tami in Harlem as an eco-friendly mobile kitchen, Harlem Seafood Soul has been lighting the food truck world on fire since April 2016 and has been featured on Netflix, Vice Munchies, the Today Show and more. Now is setting down roots at the Williamsburg Market.
In all, there are 16 different food concepts available as well as craft cocktails in cozy converted industrial loft space.
