He's also offering a Cold Brew Coffee Swizzle and Strawberry & Rhubarb Caipirinha. Small bites include Mac 'n Cheese Cupcakes, Peking Duck Wontons and General Tsao's Crispy Cauliflower.

Food & Drinks: Loopy Doopy is known for its Prosecco & Ice Pop cocktails made with fruity People's Pops. Flavors include Blueberry Peach, Strawberry Lemongrass and Empire Apple.

Food and Drinks: Cocktails include the Bolivian Sting with Don Julio tequila, Singani, lemon and spicy honey. Also on tap, the French Kiss made with Hangar One vodka, Chambord, pineapple, sparkling wine, and a Mango Lime Rickey. Rooftop bites include Avocado Toast, Steak Satay with chimichurri and a Classic Burger with Russian dressing.

The Space: This penthouse level lounge atop the Kimberly Hotel offers indoor and outdoor venues with retractable glass ceiling and stunning views of the Chrysler building.

Food & Drinks: Signature drinks include The Chrysler; a champagne cocktail made with Hennessy Black cognac, fresh lemon & lime and touch of honey. Other drinks have names like Forbidden Fruit and The Mistress. Bites include Crispy Baby Artichokes, Mini Lump Crab Cakes and Filet Mignon Bruschetta.

The Space: Located in Downtown, Brooklyn, this Asian-inspired Rooftop bar boasts an indoor rock garden and views of the Statue of Liberty, Barclays Center and the Hudson River.

Food & Drinks: Signature cocktails include the Komodo Dragon made with Ciroc coconut, plum wine and lemon poured over cotton candy, and the Forbidden Fruit with Hennessy, muddled Asian pear and Vermont maple. Gyoza dumplings, crispy spring rolls and duck sliders are offered on the menu.
