Food & Drinks: Mixologist John Swet is crafting a Pistachio Cocktail with Beefeater Gin, Singhani 63 Spirit and Pistachio Agave. He's also offering a Cold Brew Coffee Swizzle and Strawberry & Rhubarb Caipirinha. Small bites include Mac 'n Cheese Cupcakes, Peking Duck Wontons and General Tsao's Crispy Cauliflower.

The Space: Located in Downtown, Brooklyn, this Asian-inspired Rooftop bar boasts an indoor rock garden and views of the Statue of Liberty, Barclays Center and the Hudson River.

Food & Drinks: Signature cocktails include the Komodo Dragon made with Ciroc coconut, plum wine and lemon poured over cotton candy, and the Forbidden Fruit with Hennessy, muddled Asian pear and Vermont maple. Gyoza dumplings, crispy spring rolls and duck sliders are offered on the menu.
