The Knickerbocker Hotel is filled with fabled legends – most notably known to be the birthplace of the Dry Martini. This Valentine’s Day, the iconic hotel in the heart of NYC presents an exclusive gift for the Martini enthusiast who is ‘crazy gin love’.

Purchasers of this $10,000 package will collaborate with the hotel's bartender to concoct a personalized martini recipe, complete with a special name, ensuring its prominent place on the menu until the year's end. Additionally, the package includes an overnight stay in the Martini Suite, perched on the elevated 15th floor and offering a breathtaking view of Times Square. It’s the last-minute Valentine’s gift that’s sure to impress!
If the package is out of budget, don’t fret, additional activations are to come throughout the year – the Year of the Martini, that is. First being a captivating series of Martini-themed Masterclasses. Distinguished bartenders from around the globe will impart exclusive insights into the nuanced art of crafting the perfect Martini. The inaugural class, scheduled for February 14th at 6:00pm EST, will feature the expertise of acclaimed author and cocktail aficionado Dave Wondrich. Attendees will also have the opportunity to purchase take-home Martini kits to recreate the experience at their leisure. The price per class is $75 pp. Tickets can be purchased via Resy.
