A Fireside Roasting and Toasting Christmas at Sweetbriar

Enjoy an exceptional Christmas dinner this year at the Michelin-recognized Sweetbriar, located in the Park South Hotel. Executive Chef Bryce Shuman, previously of Eleven Madison Parkis offering guests a three-course Christmas dinner priced at $110 per person. Sweetbriar will be open for dinner from 5:30 pm – 10:30 pm, with reservations available through Resy.
Chef Bryce’s Christmas prix-fixe menu will focus on his live fire cooking and the bounty of New York State’s seasonal produce which can be enjoyed in an atmosphere that is comfortable, yet festive and conducive to a casual fine dining experience.
Highlights include. from the three-course prix fixe menu include: Butternut Velouté, Applewood Smoked Honey Glazed Ham (or grilled branzino); Black Truffle Potato Gratin lack Truffle Potato Gratin Radish Carpaccio; and Bouche de Noel (The Yule Log) for dessert. For reservations visit Resy.
