A New Filipino Tasting Menu at 8282

On Monday, 12/19/22, the modern Korean restaurant 8282 and Executive Chef Kevin Dumlao Cardenas of Chief, are joining forces to host a tasting menu pop-up showcasing Filipino-inspired dishes.
A Five Course Menu will be served paired with 8282’s mixologist Katrina Sobredilla’s cocktails created especially for the occasion.
The menu includes dishes such as Mango and Bagoong with young mango, fermented shrimp, and kimchi tajin; Pan de Sal and Roasted Ube Butter; Butterflied Tilapia with coconut milk, and burnt coconut; Crispy Pork Belly served with garlic fried rice, all-purpose sauce, and pickles; and aM ango Float with condensed milk and toasted coconut.
