A New Whole Foods Is Set to Open in NoMad

NoMad is the latest neighborhood to get a Whole Foods Market. The new location, at 63 Madison Avenue, will be celebrating its Grand Opening on June 1st. The opening had been on thin ice, after Crain’s reported the Manhattan landlord was threatening to terminate the lease, claiming Whole Foods was $1.4 million in back rent.
