A Spot in Sunset Park Where the Rich Flavors of Birria Shine Through

There is Birria, and then there is this Birria served out of a plastic container in a small, non-descript storefront in Sunset Park, Brooklyn. Dip your spoon into this devilishly good, deep red-colored stew filled with Mexican spices and chilies giving the broth a true depth of flavor. Dig a little deeper and you will find large melt-in-your-mouth pieces of beef. The birria is also available served as a taco or quesadilla. Just be prepared to eat it off a paper plate!
