This year at the Union Square Holiday Market you will find Parmigiano Reggiano DOP at its first ever booth.
Visitors will discover a variety of cheese gift sets at various price points with special goodies included like cheese knives, recipe booklets, and cutting boards. On weekends, continuing through the end of the December, guests can experience a live wheel-cracking and tasting, followed by cooking demonstrations of fresh pasta, gnocchi, and risotto prepared in the open wheel by Chef Ambassador Michele Casadei Massari, of Lucciola.
As part of the Consortium’s ongoing partnership with Food for Soul, all of the profits from the holiday market will be donated to the nonprofit.
