Chef Victoria Blamey is popping up at UPSTAIRS, the lounge and listening space located upstairs at Public Records (named one of Esquire’s America’s Best Bars 2020), this Thursday, October 26th and Friday, October, 27th. Chef Blamey’s “Flavors of Fall” Pop-Up features an exclusive 3-course meal for $75 / per person, with a welcome cocktail by Francis Harris.
At UPSTAIRS, Chef Blamey is bringing back some of her famed dishes such as Brown Lentils with King Trumpet, and Caraflex Cabbage with Seaweed and Green Chili Garlic, for two nights only, alongside never-before seen dishes utilizing the best produce of the fall season.
Before opening her first, highly-anticipated restaurant, Mena (which prematurely closed in 2022), Blamey spent time at Blue Hill at Stone Barns for their Chef-in-Residence Series, Gotham Bar & Grill as Executive Chef, and Chumleys. During a recent interview with CITITOUR, Blamey spoke of life after Mena and if she had plans to bring it back, saying, “Mena lives in me… timing is tricky and to set the right foundations takes time, I want to do this right, not in a rush.”
Tickets to Chef Blamey’s pop-up at UPStAIRS are available for night one and night two.
