With the closure of indoor dining in NYC, many of us are missing the fine-dining experience. That’s why MIFUNE New York, the Michelin-recognized Japanese restaurant that focuses on modern Washoku cuisine, is offering a special 18 course tasting menu for takeout and delivery every Friday.
Highlights from Chef Yuu and Chef Tomohiro’s menu include:
- Foie Gras Terrine with strawberry ginger jam and house made focaccia
- Beef Tataki with garlic ponzu sauce
- Grilled Eggplant with ginger dashi
- Duck Parmentier Croquette Sauce Gribiche
The full menu can be found here, but please note that the menu is subject to change based on market availability. The $130 meal serves 2 - 3 people.
To place an order, email amane.mifune.delivery@gmail.com or order through the website. The order deadline is the night before at 10:00 PM. Delivery is available from 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM, and pickup is available from 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM.
