From hospitality duo and New York City natives Marc Rose and Med Abrous, of Call Mom, comes Anything At All at the Graduate Hotel on Roosevelt Island. The all-female food & beverage team includes MINA Group alumna Ja’Toria Harper as Executive Chef, Lindsey Verardo - formerly of Benno and Gramercy Tavern - as Executive Pastry Chef, and Estelle Bossy, whose impressive resume includes Union Square Hospitality Group and Del Posto, as Beverage Director.
Black Sea Bass with Puffed Rice Chip
The all-day restaurant is rooted in a farm-first, vegetable-forward approach to comfort foods. The playful, eclectic menu includes dishes like Coastal Toast with smoked trout, red onion, olive oil, toasted sourdough; Kampachi Crudo with fresnos, shallots, lemon, caviar, and cilantro; and The Roasted Cabbage with charred summer cabbage, herbed yogurt and crunchy chickpeas.
Fried Chick Sandwich with Spicy Aioli
A killer Fried Chicken Sandwich with spicy aioli, cabbage & radish slaw is offered for lunch along with a Crispy Mushroom Sandwich. Chef Verardo’s elevated desserts includes Vanilla Poached Meringue with black sesame, shiso and strawberry consomme.

The cocktail menu highlights house-made and infused vermouths, seasonal spritzes and creative frozen drinks for the summer months. Additionally, Brooklyn’s Variety Coffee is being served at the hotel and from a solar and battery-powered Poindexter Coffee Bike Cart. Coffee and a curated selection grab-and-go items will be available in the morning and afternoon.

Floor-to-ceiling windows drench the space with natural light with walls artfully curated with an impressive selection of vintage books. The restaurant is anchored by an 18-seat wraparound bar and lounge seating. The team will also open the Panorama Room, a rooftop bar, at Roosevelt Island's first-ever hotel in late July.
