As the Theater District continues to reopen, Badshah, an Indian restaurant in Hell’s Kitchen, is offering theatregoers a new prix-fix menu. Named after the Hindi term for “King of the Village,” Badshah features inventive dishes inspired by Indian street foods and signature classics representing different regions of India. Look for dishes like Chettinad Chops, lamb chops marinated in ginger, garlic and a signature house blend of spices bathed in a creamy coconut and black pepper sauce; Shahi Murgh Sliders made with tandoori roast chicken, drizzled with traditional makhana sauce served on toasty buttered Pao buns; as well as tasting boards.

Cocktails include the Sassi Lassi, a sweet and creamy mango lassi infused with rum and served in a martini glass garnished with flower petals, and I Am Badshah, a Bulleit bourbon drink with cardamom and bitters.
Badshah is located at 788 9th avenue, New York, NY
