Balaboosta Chef Einat Admony to Host Nine Chefs, One Table

Chef Einat Admony, three-time James Beard nominated Chef/Owner of Balaboosta restaurant in NYC, is hosting Nine Chefs, One Table, a collaborative, Friends of James Beard Benefit Dinner, in Kerhonkson, NY.
Who: Chef Einat Admony, Esther Choi, Ilan Hall, Silvia Barban, Jonathan Zaragoza, Donal and Jen Crosbie, Dale Talde, and Miriam Milord
What: A collaborative dinner celebrating the end-of-summer harvest to benefit the James Beard Foundation.
Where: Kerhonkson, NY 12446. The exact address of the private estate will be shared with ticket holders a few days before the event. It will be outdoors, rain or shine!
When: Sunday, September 3rd. Guests may begin to arrive at 4:30 PM to enjoy a welcome cocktail, and dinner will begin by 6:00 PM.
How: Purchase a ticket on eventbrite for $269.52 pp, which covers food, beverage pairing, entertainment, and raffle entrance.
