Bangkok-based Le Du and Fish Cheeks to Host a Collaboration Dinner

Le Du x Fish Cheeks to hold a collaboration dinner on Monday, May 8th. Chef Thitid "Ton" Tassanakajohn of Le Du, the Bangkok-based, modern Thai restaurant that was named #1 in Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants of 2023, is collaborating with Chef Dustin Everett of Fish Cheeks, the contemporary, seafood-focused Thai restaurant in Noho, for a one night only five course menu inspired by both restaurants’ unique approach to Thai cooking.
The five course dinner menu includes the following:
Lon Pu - A coconut cream crab relish with
Nam Prik Goong Siap - A spicy shrimp relish served with vegetable crudite
Le Du Goong Chae - Prawns, seaweed, and Thai herbs with beet and fish sauce sorbet
Pad Neua Bai Yeela - Beef stir fry with cumin leaf and chili served with a fried omelet
Pla Too Yat Sai - Fried mackerel stuffed with Thai curry fish sausage
Pang Cha - Thai tea shaved ice with sweet milk, tapioca pearls, and tea bread
Tickets are $100 per person and available on Resy.
