Bar Bites created by Executive Chef Andrew Alaya and Corporate Pastry Chef Salvatore Martone includes Grilled shishitos served alongside Fleur De Sel and lemon; Smoked trout dip with chips and roe; Deviled eggs with Royal Kaluga Caviar and chives; Artisanal cheese plate served with walnut raisin toast; Vanilla bean creme brulee; and Chocolate tartufo; among others.
Les Cocktails de Nuit offers alluring new libations from Head Mixologist Enrique Diaz including Calvados Aigre - Calvados du pays d’ Auge with Amaro Dilei, freshly squeezed lemon juice, simple syrup and egg whites; Fallen Leaves - Cinzano Rosso blended with Vermouth Routin Blanc, Calvados, Pierre Ferrand and Rhubarb bitters; and Le Dernier Verte - Riesling, Poire William, Combier, Honey and Peychaud Bitters.
As a complimentary treat with every cocktail ordered, guests can pair their drink with an assortment of alcohol-inspired premium truffle chocolates curated by Executive Pastry Chef Salvatore Martone. Both menus are available during operating hours, Monday through Friday from 5:00-10:30pm. Reservations can be made via Resy, and walk-ins are welcome.
