Bar Blondeau, the celebrated rooftop bar on the Wythe Hotel’s sixth floor, is bringing a fresh selection of offerings to elevate the holiday season. Known for its exceptional Manhattan skyline views and inventive cocktails, the bar is introducing its “Champagne Toast,” Holiday Afternoon Tea, and an exclusive Salt & Straw ice cream collaboration—all perfectly timed for the holiday season.
Starting November 1, Bar Blondeau’s new Champagne Toast features a curated, rotating Champagne-by-the-glass selection by Wine Director Gabriella Borg Costanzi. Each glass ordered comes with a choice from “Les Toasts,” a creative set of bites designed to reduce food waste. Guests can enjoy options like Spicy Tuna with hazelnut and chili, Smoked Salmon with roe and pickled onion, Coronation Chicken with mango chutney, and Egg Salad with anchovy and Calabrian chili.
Holiday Afternoon Tea debuts in December with weekly sessions every Sunday, offering tea from In Pursuit of Tea, Laherte Frères Champagne, Roku Gin cocktails, and a delightful menu of savory and sweet bites. Guests can sample dishes like Smoked Salmon Toast, alongside Vanilla Cream Puffs, Chocolate Macarons, and Mini Honey Butter Scones. Reservations are available Resy with the tea priced at $55 per person.
In partnership with Salt & Straw, Bar Blondeau will offer the exclusive Blondeau Bite from December 1 to 31, featuring Salt & Straw’s Sea Salt Caramel Ice Cream sandwiched in vanilla shortbread, topped with apple butter, pecan praline, and white chocolate—also available as an add-on to the Holiday Tea.
