Michelin-starred Chef Daniel Boulud’s signature French bistro, Bar Boulud, has a new Executive Chef. Chef Vincent Cortese, who worked his way up the ranks at Del Posto and Daniel, will now lead the kitchen at Bar Boulud.
“It is a pleasure to introduce our Executive Chef Vincent Cortese who is driving the seasonal menu and adding new, exciting dishes. I appreciate his great talent, energy, creativity and team leadership,” said Chef Daniel Boulud.
Bar Boulud says Cortese will use the history of French cuisine as his starting inspiration all while putting his creative spin with unique seasonal ingredients. The restaurant, located across from Lincoln Center, is known for its signature house-made terrines and pâtés, and classic French cooking.
Bar Boulud is located at 1900 Broadway, New York, NY (212) 595-0303
