Brooklyn Kura to Host Laab Bar Pop-Up

Brooklyn Kura is teaming up with Thai restaurant KRU for the latest iteration of their Laab Bar popup on Sunday July 14 from 1:00 - 5:00pm.
The menu will feature Isan-style laab, a dish with juicy minced meat, fragrant fresh herbs, and toasted sticky rice powder, Thai bar snacks, and larger grilled dishes that pair perfectly with Brooklyn Kura’s seasonal crisp sakes.
Here is the menu:
- Large bites from the grill:
- Lees-San Pork Sausage, made with Brooklyn Kura’s sake kasu
- Salt Crusted Whole Fish + Spicy Green Sauce
- Chicken + Jaew Tamarind Sauce
- Pork Jowl + Jaew Tamarind Sauce
- Cured BBQ Pork Ribs
- Small bites from the bar:
- Laab Chicken
- Laab Shimeji Mushroom
- Laab Isan Steak Tartare
- Spiced Peanut Mix
- Crispy Rice Ball Salad
- Green Papaya Salad
- Sticky Rice
Dishes will be available for purchase a la carte to enjoy in Industry City’s shady inner courtyard (or in the open-air taproom for some A/C).
