Think Cantonese Spring Rolls with shrimp and chicken, Jade Shrimp Dumplings with pea shoots and water chestnuts, and hot & sour General Tso's Dumplings.  Diners will also discover Sizzling Short Rib, Kung Pao Monkfish, and Peking Duck for Two. Cocktails include Tranquility (belvedere vodka, lemongrass-infused oolong tea, lemon juice) and the Zephyr (starr rum, goji liqueur, passionfruit, kaffir lime, yuzu).
