CS DAK by Cuisine Solutions, New York’s first sous vide dark assembly kitchen that opened just two weeks ago, will be donating a meal for every meal sold during New York Restaurant Week to City Harvest, helping to support the organization’s work rescuing food for New Yorkers in need. The meals will be donated at the end of restaurant week on February 8th.
Located within a Pret A Manger, (425 Madison Avenue, NY, NY) CS DAK offers various direct-to-consumer cuisine concepts, all available for delivery in Manhattan on Uber Eats, Grubhub, DoorDash, and via the website, order.csdak.com.
For NYC restaurant week, CS DAK will be offering the following menu:
-French Cod: Lemon herb roast cod filet on asparagus risotto with sherried lobster cream.
-Petit Tender: Seared petit beef tender with garlic parmesan polenta cake wilted arugula and Béarnaise.
-Seared Chicken with Farro & Cauliflower Puree: Seared chicken breast on a bed of farro and root vegetable pilaf, with cauliflower puree and rich chicken jus.
-¼ Rack Tamarind ribs: ¼ rack of Mexican style tamarind glazed pork ribs with cilantro white rice, spiced black beans and warm tortillas.
-Pork Belly: Classic slow cooked then seared Berkshire pork belly with herb white beans roasted Brussels sprouts and red wine demi.
All the entrees will come with a choice of small House or Caesar salad.
