Celebrity Guests Announced for Broadway Barks

Broadway Barks, the annual event aimed at finding forever homes for adoptable pets, will be held August 3rd in Shubert Alley from 3pm to 6:30pm. It will be hosted by Tony Award winners Bernadette Peters (Broadway Barks co-founder) and Sutton Foster, and will feature appearances from dozens of Broadway actors. The event is produced by Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS.

Among this year’s many celebrity guests are Shoshana Bean, Victoria Clark, Jordan Fisher, Dorian Harewood, Nikki M. James, Jeremy Jordan, Brad Oscar, Maryann Plunkett, Eddie Redmayne, Jennifer Simard, Paulo Szot, Michael Urie, and Betsy Wolfe.
Participating animal shelters include Bidawee, Hearts and Bone Rescue, Husky House, North Shore Animal League, Second Chance Rescue and SPCA of Westchester.
