Chai Brings flavors of Beijing to Midtown

Manhattan’s Restaurant Row can now add authentic Beijing cuisine to its repertoire. Chai is offering regional Chinese cuisine at its Midtown location. Appetizers including things like Sweet & Sour Pork Ribs and Duck Rolls with Chef’s special sauce. Dim Sum brings assorted dumplings and red chili wontons, or you can opt for Chai’s Treasure Platter which includes four signature selections. Larger plates include Peking Duck (whole or half), whole Dungeness crab with Szechuan peppers, braised pork belly in brown sauce, General Tso’s Chicken, and duck fried rice. In all, more than 80 dishes are offered including vegan and vegetarian options.
