Chefs for Impact to Host Pop-Up at Nimbus Kitchens

Join Chefs for Impact and Chef Ari Miller as they explore the world of sustainable olive oil in partnership with Brooklyn-based olive oil company Heraclea.
Chef Ari will be plating a 5-course meal highlighting seasonal produce from local farms and educating diners on the rich flavor profiles in sustainably produced olive oil. Attendees will celebrate the exclusive launch of Herclea’s limited edition Chef’s For Impact olive oil tin, featuring custom artwork by Nancy Pappas.
The Chefs for Impact Olive Oil Pop Up Dinner is taking place on Friday, October 27, from 7-9 PM at Nimbus Kitchens (383 Bridge Street). Tiered ticket options beginning at $150 are available for purchase, with general admission including a welcome drink, 5-course dinner, and wine pairings.
Chefs for Impact is a 501(c)(3) empowering generations of sustainable eaters, using chefs as a medium to provide food education that is good for the planet, our health, and our taste buds. All proceeds go towards supporting youth education programming on sustainable food chain practices.
