At Urban Hawker in Midtown there is no shortage of tantalizing dishes. One standout is the Steamed Garlic Prawns on Glass Noodles at Prawnaholic Collections. Five jumbo shrimps with heads on (but easily removed) arrive above a bed of steamy glass noodles. The shrimps are smothered in a delicious garlic sauce and sprinkled with green onions. Sucking on the shrimp is optional. But we recommend it.
