Claude’s of Southampton Names a New Executive Chef

Claude’s Restaurant at the Southampton Inn is kicking off the Hamptons season with a new executive chef. Chef Giancarlo Dellanzo is launching new lunch and dinner items including Jumbo shrimp in aged cognac with pearl vegetable couscous. Other offerings include crab cakes, lobster wontons, crispy skin salmon with saffron risotto, and prime-aged sirloin steak with bourbon sauce. Brunch is also available on weekends.
