Canto, the new Italian spot in the West Village, known for its flower-covered Vespa out front, is also known for some classy cocktails. The drinks menu created by Kiki Clarkson offers a play on authentic Italian ingredients with a bit of French flair.
One standout is the Bella Canta. The purple drink with a thick foam top is a mix of gin, egg white, butterfly pea flower, chamomile, Italicus Bergamot liqueur, lemon and prosecco.
Cheers!
