Cocktail Time: The Frozé Gin Cocktail at Mercado Little Spain

Chef José Andrés is offering two new ways to toast the summer at Mercado Little Spain: a Frozé Gin Cocktail and an Albariño Flight.
The Frozé Gin Cocktail is a refreshing blend of rosé gin, tonic and strawberries for a bit of sweetness. It's the perfect summer drink to enjoy on the patio at El Chiringuito, Mercado Little Spain's outdoor bar.
The Albariño Flight is a selection of three different Albariño wines from Spain, each with its own unique flavor profile. The wines are: Valtea Cuveé Especial Albariño Método Tradicional Brut Nature NV; Lagar de Costa ‘Naranjo’ Rías Baixas Albariño 2021 and; Bodegas Senorio de Beade Ribeiro Albarino, Treixadura Blanco.
The Albariño Flight is a great way to explore the different expressions of this versatile grape variety. It's also the perfect pairing for many tapas dishes on Mercado Little Spain's menu. The Frozé Gin Cocktail and the Albariño Flight are now available for a limited time.
