Noted tastemaker Maury Rubin, the founder of City Bakery, will launch The Color of Chocolate pop up in the 550 Madison Garden starting on Thursday, March 21.
The pop-up will bring City Bakery’s signature hot chocolate back to The 550 Garden, while offering a host of new menu items, including. Chilled White Chocolate Chai, Dark Chocolate with Olive Oil Foam, Hibiscus Tea with Floating Raspberry Cloud, Chocolate Tartines, Chocolate Basque Cheesecake and Chocolate Chia Pudding.
As part of The Olayan Group’s comprehensive reimagining of the landmarked office tower, the enclosed passage has been transformed into the largest green space built in Midtown East in 60 years.
