Peep-a-Boos are returning to Dominique Ansel Bakery (Soho) and Dominique Ansel Workshop (Flatiron) for the Easter holiday, from Friday, March 24th through Easter Sunday, April 9th.
The adorable Peep-a-Boo marshmallow chicks are nestled inside real egg shells! Gently crack away the white egg shell to reveal a dark chocolate egg surrounding a fluffy marshmallow chick with a soft, gooey salted caramel center.
Also this year are a trio of Chocolate Easter Eggs - each handmade chocolate egg is filled with Valrhona Caramelia (caramelized milk chocolate) bonbons hidden inside. They include:
Hootie the Blowfish
A handmade white chocolate Easter egg filled with Valrhona Caramelia (caramelized milk chocolate) bonbons inside to make your Easter swimmingly delicious.
Oz the Koala
An adorable Koala friend from down under is handmade with dark chocolate, complete with Valrhona Caramelia (caramelized milk chocolate) bonbons hidden inside.
Roxy the Red Panda
It's said that red pandas are a symbol of good luck, and this adorable Easter egg is handmade with milk chocolate, with lucky Valrhona Caramelia (caramelized milk chocolate) bonbons hidden inside.
