Master Sommelier Dustin Wilson will hose a Wine Dinner at Peasant, the Italian restaurant by acclaimed chef and restaurateur Marc Forgione, tomorrow, September 13th, at 7pm.
Wilson is the co-founder of Verve Wine, the online-focused wine retail business, and is also a founding partner of Apres Cru along with fellow Master Sommelier Sabato Sagaria, with notable projects including Marc’s other restaurants Trattoria One Fifth and Restaurant Marc Forgione, in addition to Peasant.
The wine dinner will feature amazing wines from around the world paired with delicious wood-fired cooking. The four-course prix fixe menu will include two wine pairings per course. Expect dishes including Peasant’s beloved Bucatini Carbonara, Wood Grilled Flat Iron Steak, and more.
